Abhishek Walia got his first taste of fame from ‘The Great Indian Laughter Challenge’ Season 5, he was a contestant in the show judged by some of the most recognised faces of the country like Akshay Kumar later he was declared the winner of the show. Later he started his YouTube channel, he released his first YouTube video on 24th April 2018 titled ‘Average Looking People| Stand Up Comedy by Abhishek Walia’ in which he narrates an anecdote about his girlfriend and does some observational jokes about average looking people and jokes on him looking average. He has released 5 stand-up videos till now on his YouTube channel which has over 280K subscribers and his most-watched video has over 8 million views titled ‘Delhi Waala Bhoot- Stand Up Comedy by Abhishek Walia’ in which he talks about him having an epilepsy attack during a birthday party and events that followed that misadventure. His observations and the ability to make jokes out of everyday situations and his poker face makes it even more hilarious. He was even appreciated by one of the biggest stars of the country Akshay Kumar for his ability to maintain his poker face while delivering some of the most hilarious punchlines and making all of this seem effortless. He has the ability to engage the audience just by his incredible sense of joke writing.
